01What is the difference between reward balance and claimable rewards?
Your reward balance can be restaked at any time. Claimable rewards are the part currently eligible to be sent to your wallet after the claim cooldown.
02How does reward restaking work?
Restaking converts the full reward balance of that node and plan into new principal. You choose the destination node and unlock plan before confirming.
03How does the claim cooldown work?
Wallet claims become available when the displayed cooldown reaches zero. A successful wallet claim or restake starts a new 30-day cooldown for that reward account, but restaking remains available during the cooldown.
04Does claiming rewards change my principal?
No. Claiming available rewards does not reduce the staked principal or change the position's unlock schedule.
05What happens after I start an unlock?
The selected 180-day or 360-day countdown begins. It cannot be shortened after submission, and rewards continue to accrue during the waiting period.
06When can I withdraw the principal?
The principal becomes withdrawable after the position's full unlock period has completed.
07Can I unlock only part of my principal?
Yes. Each partial unlock creates a separate request with its own countdown and withdrawal status. The remaining principal stays active.
